8x8 Matrix

These blocks control an 8x8 LED matrix driven by a MAX72xx-style controller.

The matrix is monochrome. Shared graphics blocks use HIGH and LOW for pixel state instead of full colours.

Add 8x8 matrix

Attach the matrix by choosing its data, clock, and chip-select pins.
